Project Description: Site development includes grading, paving, parking, perimeter security, utility infrastructure, and coordination with off-site utilities, including communication and power systems. The project also includes installation of building systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and security systems necessary for full operation of a modern public safety facility.

General Scope The Contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey AMI system including all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, installation, testing, training, documentation, integration, and support necessary to deliver a fully operational AMI system for both electric and water utilities. The Contractor will be solely responsible to the City for all work, including the coordination and performance of all subcontractors, and for delivering a system that meets the performance and integration requirements of this RFP.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 24-008A, Sheets 1-18) Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include replacement of existing, focused lengths of waterlines at five different locations with larger diameter water main piping adjacent to Calleguas Municipal Water District turnout structures.

Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 26-066 (IFB) soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms for the maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the following Foothill Transit locations: (1) Administrative Office in West Covina, California, 91790; (2) Industry Park & Ride in Industry, CA 97189; (3) Azusa Intermodal Transit Center in Azusa, CA 91790; and (4) Covina Transit Center in Covina, CA 91722; as more fully described herein and in the Scope of Work provided in Part IV of this IFB. The services shall be performed for an initial term of two (2) years, with two (2) one (1)-year options to be exercised in the sole discretion of Foothill Transit.

The Work generally consists of: demolition, haul off, tiling, rebar, concrete, replacing drains, trench drain installation, handrail fabrication, and other related work. The Work to be constructed is located at: The Wave Water Park at 101 Wave Dr in the City of Vista, California.

This project will install infrastructure along La Cienega Boulevard to improve stormwater management, infiltration and community enhancements. The project area is a 0.45-mile stretch of La Cienega Boulevard in the Ladera Heights neighborhood of the City Los Angeles (City). The area is adjacent to both the City of Inglewood and unincorporated Los Angeles County and located in Council District 11 (CD11). The proposed project will install several types of stormwater capture and permeability-promoting features including drywells, street trees, and permeable pavers. The project plans to include flood mitigation measures that includes upsizing existing stormwater infrastructure.

Contractor shall provide scheduled, comprehensive preventive maintenance and diagnostic services for the Riverpark (Community Facilities District 5, CFD5) Central Park fountain vault systems including pumps, motors, mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, valves, plumbing components within the vault, VFDs and line reactors, control panels, and vault infrastructure (ventilation, lighting, drains/sump systems). All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer O&M manuals for installed equipment.

This project will refresh the interior and exterior paint at the Eddie D. Smith Senior Center through the application of new paint finishes. The project is intended to improve the appearance of the facility, address normal wear and fading, and help protect building surfaces from deterioration.

The Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, demolition, framing, millwork, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and all related work for repair and renovation of gymnasium building, including, but not limited to, construction of restrooms, sport court replacement, office space, multi-function room, and public lobby area.

Scope of Work: Regrading previously placed dredged material, scarifying subsoil, importing/salvaging vegetation, hydroseeding, demolishing an interior containment berm, and improving the Duck Club's wetland habitats and water management capabilities.

The City of Poway is requesting proposals from interested Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture firms for the South Poway Pickleball Courts project.

Scope of Work: Remove and dewater all remaining sludge, grit, and other materials from the digester, including any plant service water added during cleaning operations. Provide continuous ventilation and hazardous gas monitoring as outlined in the Safety section. Thoroughly clean the digester domes, interior walls, interior piping and supports, and floor cone, ensuring all residual sludge and debris are removed from structural and mechanical surfaces. Conduct cleaning with care to avoid damaging or removing protective coatings on interior surfaces. If evidence of coating damage is observed, the VENDOR shall immediately consult with the DISTRICT before proceeding. Coordinate the discharge of dewatering centrate/filtrate (if utilized on-site) with treatment plant staff to ensure compliance with operational and process requirements. Participate in a joint inspection with the DISTRICT upon completion of cleaning to verify that the digester interior is clean and ready for service.

Project Description: Lease-Leaseback Construction Services - New Cafeteria Buildings and Site Improvements at Everett, Enslen, Rose Avenue and Sonoma Elementary Schools Project.

The general items of work to be done hereunder consists of renovations of an existing industrial facility to provide infrastructure for the Navigation Center along with minor exterior upgrades. The improvements include the addition of meeting spaces, office spaces for counseling rooms and offices, group and individual living spaces, reception lobbies, an elevator, a commercial kitchen, food storage, bathrooms, bathrooms with showers, laundry rooms, a dining hall, and recreation areas, controlled / secured access, including supporting electrical, plumbing and HVAC improvements.

The Work to be constructed under the Contract is located in the City of Mission Viejo. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated Contract. The general items of Work to be done hereunder consist of: Removal and replacement of asphalt concrete, Cold planing, placement of pavement fabric and AC overlay, Adjustment of manhole, valve and monument covers to grade, Resetting visible survey monuments, and Crack sealing.

Under this solicitation, the City of Palmdale seeks a qualified consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, as well as public outreach services for the 3rd Street East and Technology Drive Traffic Signal, PN 934. This project is located at the intersection of 3rd Street East, and Technology Drive. The Project proposes to replace the four-way stop signs with traffic signals in all directions on 3rd Street East and Technology Drive. Modify signing and striping as required for new signal phasing operation. Extend the limits of the road to the Ultimate Right-of-Way. Add a left turn pocket at the north and south of 3rd Street East. Utilize signal heads with higher visibility features. Traffic signals to include CCTV cameras. Implement a vehicle detection capable of red extension. Install bicycle detection, pedestrian push button, and other miscellaneous upgrades. Construct new curb ramps at the four (4) curb returns. Repair or replace asphalt pavement and construct concrete valley gutter. Roadway drainage and landscaping improvements, as needed. Pothole all new signal pole locations before completing the traffic signal design. Install concrete cross-gutters along the northeast side of 3rd Street East. Add four crosswalks to provide ADA access across street. Conduct a Traffic Study at Technology Drive and 3rd Street East signed by a Registered Traffic Engineer. Communication conduit from Sierra Highway to 3rd Street East. Interconnect conduit to 5th Street East. Soil sampling and testing. The proposed scope includes design services for City of Palmdale coordination and permitting, public notification, traffic control per the WATCH Manual, drainage study, pavement deflection and structural report, spatial inventory of utility infrastructure at the surface, roadway excavation, concrete demolition, asphalt paving, PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC ADA Curb Ramps, PCC Sidewalk, PCC Cross Gutters and Spandrels, adjustment of utility infrastructure, signing and thermoplastic striping.
