This Request for Qualifications is to solicit a response from qualified persons or firms to provide engineering services to the Sabine River Authority of Texas to enter into 5-year service agreements. SRA is seeking firms with experience in all aspects of engineering to support the operations of the SRA facilities and be pre-qualified on an engineering services list approved by the Board of Directors. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit proposals for Professional Engineering Services to perform engineering services related to, but not limited to, the following: • Inspection of FERC & TCEQ High Hazard earthen embankment dams • Raw water earthen conveyance canals, including siphons, flumes, and other conveyance features • Pumping stations (raw water, sanitary sewer, potable water) • General Site Development • Pavement design for roadway and parking facilities • Groundwater Hydraulics and Hydrology • Sanitary Sewer collection, and treatment facilities • Potable water treatment and distribution • Parks and Recreational sites and facilities, including boat ramps and waterfront facilities • Project Management • Coordination of grants administration and loan funding such as Texas Water Development Board loans/grants, Texas Parks and Wildlife Boating Access grants, and GLO Hazard Mitigation grants. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
