The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD, District) is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified, capable and experienced firms to perform professional Right-of-Way Acquisition Services in Fiscal Years 2025 through 2027. NTMWD is in search of the most qualified firms to provide professional expertise and consultant services to assist with easement and property acquisition. NTMWD may occasionally request assistance with sight selection. NTMWD acquires pipeline easements for Water and Wastewater conveyance and acquires real property to support Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste Services. When selecting firms to provide services, NTMWD will utilize submitted Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) received to generate a list of prequalified consultants list for FY 2025 through FY 2027. The District always strives to make this process transparent and cost-effective to the consultants
