The intent and purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish annual requirements contract for grounds maintenance of highway right of ways and median properties per the Detailed Mowing and Weeding Attachment A. The purpose of this contract is to maintain the I-30 Corridor at a high standard to improve the aesthetic value for citizens and visitors as they arrive in Arlington. The landscape beds and turf are to be highly manicured to provide a clean and beautiful view upon the entrance points of Arlington via the I30 corridor.
