The Fire Service Training Center (FSTC) is one of the three branches of the Public Safety Training Center at Tarrant County College Northwest Campus, located at 4801 Marine Creek Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76179. Campus Overview Tarrant County College Northwest Campus was built in 1976 and is located just inside the northwest portion of Loop 820 in Fort Worth, Texas off Marine Creek Parkway. The campus has a Fire Service Training Center built in 2003 that serves many city municipalities in the Tarrant County area.
