The City of Mansfield, Texas (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposal(s)) from Construction Management Firms (CM) who are interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for Site/Civil Public Infrastructure (Infrastructure), to be located within or servicing the proposed Harvest Point Development in Mansfield, Texas (Harvest Point). The Owner desires to retain a CMAR, which may be a firm or a joint venture of firms, to perform preconstruction and construction services for the Infrastructure and related site preparation and infrastructure improvements. The proposed 350-acre Harvest Point development includes site and infrastructure improvements, single family and multifamily residential, parks and trails, retail, family entertainment, hotel and conference center, entertainment venue, a new multi-use Infrastructure and offices. The Infrastructure is expected to include mass grading, water, sewer, storm and roadways. The Owner would like the Infrastructure completed by the end of the first quarter of 2025. The Owner has retained VIESTE, LLC (VIESTE) to act as its Representative/Program Manager. VIESTE will act for the Owner in all phases of the work and will be empowered to make design and construction decisions on a day-to-day basis.
