ACC is interested in purchasing one (1) complete Construction Simulator for ACC's Highland Campus (HLC) "Make It Center" in accordance with the specifications in ARTICLE 2. Construction Simulator must be priced as a complete system and inclusive of all requirements for hardware, software, licensing, warranty, training, and delivery. ACC’s objective of this solicitation is to procure one (1) complete Construction Simulator System for ACC's HLC 2000 "Make It Center" located at 6101 Highland Campus Drive, Austin, TX 78752. The Construction Simulator will train ACC students in real life-like construction situations for scenarios which include, but are not limited to: self-guided progressive learning programs on multiple types of commercial construction equipment. The simulator should provide a robust system of crane and excavator training display(s) with a life-like simulation experience similar to working in the field. Types of machinery that would be expected in the simulation are as follows: Tower Crane, Flat-top Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, etc. The construction simulator system must have the capability to add future additional hardware and software modules for a Fork Lift, and, Dump Truck; and optional (but not required) future hardware and software modules for Track Loader, Boom Truck, and, Digger Derrick. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
