To promote robust food service throughout the District, ACC intends to procure cafe equipment and services on as needed basis. ACC will procure equipment/goods and services gradually by phasing in required equipment as build outs (prepared by ACC Campus Operations water lines, electrical, etc.) are completed on ACC campuses and/or other locations throughout the District as determined by ACC. Purchases shall not occur at one time, rather throughout the year. Equipment and services may include, but is not limited to, the following types of equipment (refer to Exhibit F for examples of Kitchen and Café Equipment; and Exhibit G for a list of ACC Campuses and addresses): • Coffee Machines; • Reach in Coolers; • Ice Machine; • Ovens (Merry Chef Oven, or equivalent); • Milk Frothing Machines; or, • Other equipment as determined by ACC. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
