This purpose of this contract is to supply Dense Graded Hot Mix Asphalt and Asphaltic Concrete Patching Material to various locations within North Tarrant County, TX. This contract includes an item for pickup. Materials shall be available for pickup within 40 miles of the TxDOT office located at 508 Blue Mound Rd Saginaw, TX 76131. Load material into TxDOT equipment at time of pickup. In accordance with Article 10.4.3.1, this contract may be extended twice, not to exceed 540 calendar days for the entire contract term if mutually agreed. Bonds required.
