Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) intends to award a DB firm to construct a single building on State-owned land located on State Highway 130 in Pflugerville, Texas. This building is targeted in a range of 75,000 to 100,000 square feet. This building is to provide highly configurable overflow office space for state agencies in the central Texas region. The amount of furnished space including FFE will be determined by the overall project budget, a portion of the space may be left in shell condition suitable for future expansion as funds become available. This is the first step. Submit Statements of Qualifications. Short Listed Respondents will be notified on approx. July 16th and asked to submit proposals by Sept 4th.
