HHSC (Texas Health & Human Services Commission) PCS (Procurement & Contracting Services) seeks competitive sealed proposals to establish contract(s) for a General Contractor to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 22-147-WFH, Mechanical Upgrades, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Solicitation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Replacement of two existing end-of-life roof mounted multizone HVAC systems and replacement of one existing end-of-life roof mounted single zone HVAC system. New systems will consist of a Variable Air Volume System and a 25-ton Rooftop unit (RTU). Additional scope includes installation of new Roof Curb Adapters for new equipment and the removal of existing suspended ceiling tiles as required for the installation of new equipment. Project Location: North Texas State Hospital, Wichita Falls Campus, 6515 Kemp Blvd., Bldg 700, Wichita Falls, TX 76308. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
