The City of Falls Church (City) is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms to complete the Upper Lincoln Avenue Storm Sewer Improvements Project. The Project will improve storm sewer infrastructure along Lincoln Avenue to alleviate flooding. Project elements include, but are not limited to: • Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) installation; • Existing structures removal and disposal; • Relocation of existing water line and meter; and • Erosion and sediment control. Bonds required.
