Frederick Community College (FCC) is seeking to enter into a service agreement with a qualified vendor for System Galaxy Access Control Services for buildings owned and/or operated by Frederick Community College per all requirements, specifications, terms and conditions listed in attached specifications. The Statement of Work (SOW) details services to be performed under this agreement, including but not limited to all Software Support, Preventative Maintenance, Testing, Repair and Replacement services (“SS/PM/T/R&R”) as described herein for existing Access Control Systems. Pricing for the service contract (Base Price) must include all SS/PM/T/R&R work described in the SOW. In addition, FCC may require support for projects and services beyond the scope of the service agreement. Additional projects and services shall be performed on a time and materials (“T&M”) and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (“IDIQ”) basis.
