The project is generally described as Curtain Wall repairs consisting of new exterior gaskets, new joint stops, wet sealing the inside corners and repairing interior gaskets, as required on a two-story Curtain Way System. The project also provides for the replacement of the existing Spandrel Glass. Interior Repair: Repair water damaged drywall on the interior adjacent to curtain wall repair areas where leakage occurred. Bonds required.
