The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), and the resulting contract(s), is to obtain services from a qualified firm(s) to provide annual professional engineering services for the Henrico County Water Reclamation Facility in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. Scope: inspections, reports, asset / equipment condition assessments and replacement schedules, development of local limits and surcharge rates, design and project administration services, review and presentation of performance operational control data, treatment capacity assessments, revision of record drawings, support of electrical, instrumentation and operational control systems (“SCADA”). The projects included will be those identified in the Capital Improvements Program, as well as projects identified by WRF staff and/or created by operational and emergency conditions. Bonds required.
