The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (“Town”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide street milling and paving services for East Market Street and Leesburg Bypass (Route 15). The East Market Street portion of work includes East Loudoun Street at MP 1.09 to King Street at MP 1.432 for a total of 0.342 miles (1,800 feet). The width of resurfacing consists of eastbound and westbound lanes from curb to curb. The Leesburg Bypass (Route 15) portion includes the Leesburg Route 15 Bypass from Edwards Ferry Road at MP 219.13 to Fort Evans Road at MP 219.418 for a total of 0.288 miles (1,500 feet). The width of resurfacing consists of all southbound lanes from edge of pavement to edge of median. DBE goal 2%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
