The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) or GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipe/culvert liners on an on-call, as-needed basis on Primary and Secondary roadway systems for the NOVA District throughout the counties of Prince William, Loudoun, Arlington, and Fairfax. The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be awarded by LOT as described below. LOT 1: Fairfax Residency; LOT 2: Prince William Residency; LOT 3: Loudoun Residency; LOT 4: Arlington. SBE goal 42%. Prevailing wages.
