The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from qualified firms to provide annual full service preventative maintenance, on-call and emergency repair services for all neutralization tanks and related equipment on the six campus locations of Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). Intent is to award up to the three (3) lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the requirements of the solicitation per campus. The successful bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to provide/perform annual preventative maintenance, on-call repair service, and emergency repair service for all neutralization tanks listed on the Pricing Schedule in accordance with the terms and specifications of any resultant contract. The successful bidders’ Service Technician must be fully equipped with all required tools used in the performance of neutralization tank maintenance and repairs. SBE goal 42%.
