The City of Martinsville is requesting proposals to: furnish all necessary services (labor, material, travel), tools, equipment and supervision to demolish the remaining structures located at 700 Memorial Blvd. 710 W Fayette St. 1004 W Fayette These structures have all been surveyed and found negative for asbestos. This will be the responsibility of successful vendor. This is to include any grade work necessary to establish clover as primary vegetation growth, erosion/sediment control to fill the site and leave it in a manner that does not pond water or create uncontrolled run off. This RFP will also include any associated-out building, sheds, detached garages, and any other accessory structures located on property.
