The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide all Work and Materials for completion of the Christopher Shores Drainage Improvements project, in accordance with contract specifications. The project will alleviate ongoing flooding issues caused by tidal action within the existing closed drainage systems within the Christopher Shores area of the Southeast community. Street flooding is an issue for residents especially when it concerns the ability to evacuate the area when major storm events occur. Bonds required.
