The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide resurfacing of the Newport News Park Sign with natural stone veneer. Scope: 1. Remove corbeled sections at the top of columns and relay tops to exclude corbels. 2. Install wall caps to the top of both columns and the horizontal sections of the brickwork. 1. Wall Caps shall be Eldorado Stone® Chiseled Edge Wall Cap, 37″ x 12″ x 2.25″, Buckskin 3. Install thin veneer stone over remaining exposed brink work. 1. Veneer shall be Eldorado Stone® Country Rubble, Bella 2. Veneer to be installed using Laticrete® MVIS™ thin veneer mortar and standard S grey mortar for the joints.
