The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide all work and materials for the completion of the Pump Station No. 065 Wet Well Rehabilitation project, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. Work will include, but is not limited to, bypass pumping, cleaning and sanitizing of the wet well, removal and replacement of wet well ladders, piping, and miscellaneous metals, concrete repair, shotcrete application, surface preparation of concrete, and application of a coating system. Coating shall consist of 100% solids epoxy monolithic liner that is listed on the City’s Approved Products List. Work will also include removing the existing and installing a new wet well exhaust fan and bypass suction line and repairing a small section of brick work on the station chimney. Bonds required.
