The County of Prince William will receive bids for the Howison Homestead Soccer Complex Improvements. Work generally consists of the construction of an expansion to an existing concession building that will be owned by the Prince William County Department of Parks and Recreation, and be operated by Prince William Soccer, Inc. (PWSI). The building expansion is a one story, wood, and masonry-framed structure, adding approximately 1,900 sf of enclosed area with a hipped roof and masonry and concrete foundation with concrete slab on grade floors. The building expansion will add public restrooms, team locker rooms, a storage room, and a large meeting room. The work includes all utility work to service the building, and all related work to construct the new building as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Project Location: 14716 Minnieville Road, Manassas, Virginia 20112. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
