The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the E. Main St./Williamsburg Ave. Intersection Improvements project to provide general contracting services that include but are not limited to: •Installation of a signalization and roadway lighting; •Installation of new concrete curb, sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian signals; •Installation of new ADA-accessible curb ramps; •Installation of traffic signs, markings, and crosswalks; •Excavation and removal of existing concrete, earth, pavement, and other items; •Construction of asphalt pavement; •Installation of a 14’ wide median; •Installation of storm water drainage; •Erosion and sediment control, including topsoil and permanent seeding; •Maintenance of traffic; •Mobilization; •Any other miscellaneous work as directed by the Engineer. SBE goal 10%. Bonds required.
