The County of Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking proposals and qualifications from Offerors to provide A&E ESC and SWM Construction and Post-Construction Inspection Services in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Owner periodically requires inspection services for Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management on active land-disturbing projects and for post-construction, permanent stormwater management facilities and outfalls. Any resulting contract shall be non-exclusive, and no specific amount of work is guaranteed because of this RFP. Bonds required.
