The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials for constructing of a 25’ x 26’ picnic shelter located at Two Tree Park located at 930 Yorktown Road. The successful bidder will construct the picnic shelter in accordance with Sheet Number A-100. Additionally, the City is requesting alternative bids on Sheet Number A-100 to provide and install nominal 6’ x 6’ single piece vinyl column wrap on each column, top to bottom, possible sources are decks direct, “durables” or weatherables. Offeror is responsible for obtaining any and all applicable permits to perform all work as part of the project. Bonds required.
