The Bid Additive requires the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to remove existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement, subgrade; prep subgrade, place and compact top course, construct cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, and construct drive approaches; install asphalt; completing one half block of Alder Street. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
