This project will remove eight (8) existing fish barriers from separate site locations along SR 16 between MP 14.63 to MP 16.59 and SR 302 at MP 16.15. The existing fish barriers will be replaced with new structures and reconstructed stream channels to provide unimpeded passage for fish of all life stages. Work will include, but is not limited to, fish exclusion and temporary stream bypass systems, maintenance of traffic utilizing temporary traffic bypasses, removal of the existing fish barriers, earthwork above and below ordinary high water, structure and wall construction, roadway reconstruction, guardrail removal and installation, channel reconstruction, streambed restoration, roadside restoration, erosion control, water management and traffic control.

Scope includes replacement of the networked fire alarm system with a new networked fire alarm system at the Mcneil Island Special Commitment Center, a Washington State Department of Social and Health services facility. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. This Contract provides for the removal of the existing parking lot at Hill Tower Park and replacement with on-street angled parking, sidewalk/multi-use path, bike lane, and associated stormwater work. It also includes replacement of a rockery with a gravity block wall and removal/resurfacing of a sport court. The improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, removal and reconstruction of limited pavement areas, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, pavement markings, retaining wall, and other miscellaneous items.

The project consists of surfacing existing roadways with designated roadways receiving a chip seal with a fog seal treatment, crack sealing, removal and replacement of pavement markings. The work takes place on various City of Puyallup streets. State Certification is required. Contractor must have proper certifications and licenses and follow all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. All work shall be completed in conformance with the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, the current version of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and the City of Puyallup Public Works Engineering & Construction Standards.

The project includes the development of a new well facility at the Lake Avenue K-3 Well site. 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project scope of work consists of construction of a multi-company square foot Fire Station with structural apparatus bays and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) apparatus bays. This facility will include the following areas: apparatus bays; residential areas; administration areas; training areas; consolidated emergency dispatch area; emergency medical services area; fire reserve area; information systems; fire protection and alarm systems; Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Systems; standby generator; and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage, and agent storage facility. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems.

The North End Treatment Plant Outfall Vault Lid Replacement project consist of upgrading an existing concrete lid, vault air valve, enclosure, vinyl dipped fence and stop logs prior to the installation of the current vault upgrades. A new, thicker concrete lid, and standpipe designed to withstand higher hydrostatic pressure than the current design, will be cast in place on top of the vault structure.

Base bid: Re-balance new HVAC units for total SA and RA CFMs noted on plans. Adjust existing pressure relief assemblies as part of balancing. The objective of this RFP is to establish a service contract for the Department of Ecology. The department is seeking a vendor to implement measures to improve indoor air quality for potentially impacted residences along the truck routes of the Bridge Point warehouse project area in Tacoma, Washington. Ecology is offering partial weatherization of homes, single-zone heat pumps, and air cleaners as part of this voluntary Bridge Point Air Quality Improvements program. This contract is for one year of work with four (4) one-year extension options.
