Contract provides for the replacement of the aging watermain under Dickinson Road, the extension of an existing sewer line, as well as addressing stormwater ponding issues at various locations along this road. The water main replacement phase of the project will involve the installation of approx. 940 LF of 8” dia ductile iron pipe, 20 LF of 6” ductile iron pipe and 20 Ft of 4” ductile iron pipe. It will also include the installation of a hydrant assembly and the replacement of seven service connections. The sewer extension construction phase of this project will include the installation of 450 LF of 8” PVC sewer pipe, 180 LF of 6” sanitary sewer pipe and three 48” type 1 manholes. There is also stormwater phase. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
