The City of Liberty Lake is seeking a professional project and construction management (PM) firm to provide overall project oversight including but not limited to planning, budgeting, permitting, delivery strategy, public engagement, design management, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, furniture fixtures and equipment procurement, closeout, and post occupancy surveys. The PM will be expected to work closely with City staff and community stakeholders on all matters associated with the project. The City proposes the new design to include collections space, engaging children’s and teen spaces, flexible seating and co-working spaces, study rooms, and flexible meeting rooms for Library and patron use.
