In order for the City to meet its fiber connectivity goals and objectives, the City requires specialized expertise in fiber optic services. Examples of the types of City fiber optic services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following: fiber optic installation, construction, splicing, maintenance, distribution system design, testing, etc. The firm(s) selected to provide city fiber optic services will do so on an as-needed basis contracted with the City of Cheney. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
