A tenant improvement of an existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) consisting of approximately 21,823 square feet to be a mixed occupancy, Type III-B fully sprinkled constructed fire station. a. The building construction includes demolition of identified portions of the structure and slab, cast-in-place concrete structural modifications to the PEMB raising the structure to meet Category Risk 04 requirements, structural steel, steel decking, framing and fabrication, miscellaneous rough carpentry, wood sheathing, plastic paneling, foundation waterproofing at new work, building insulation, weather barriers, metal wall panels and soffits, TPO roofing system, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants and fire stopping, interior and exterior door and window systems, interior finishes and equipment, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
