Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms for a housing repair located at 4 North Escondido Dr., Tombstone, AZ 85638. Cochise County (“COUNTY”) is issuing this Invitation to Bid ("ITB"”) to obtain competitive vendor pricing in the open market in compliance with A.R.S. §41-2533 concerning competitive sealed bids. This solicitation will result in the award to a single vendor determined to be in the best interest of the County. This is a federally funded project which requires the awarded vendor to be registered and verified in SAM.gov. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
