Coconino County is soliciting Bids from Arizona licensed general contractors for the turnkey installation of a new heating hot water system at the County Administration building. The Coconino County Administration building located at 219 E. Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff, AZ, 86001, was constructed in 1979. The building is currently heated by a single aged, atmospheric natural gas-fired water tube boiler that is coupled to a traditional, constant-flow hydronic distribution system. This project will demolish all heating hot water system and equipment within the boiler room and install in its place a modern, and higher-efficient hydronic heating system that employs two sealed-combustion gas-fired hot water boilers. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
