The successful bidder shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform the following services that will be scheduled or on an as-needed basis: Maintenance Services Division: Dispose of used motor oil, crushed oil filters, and used engine coolant. Dispose of 55-gallon drums of waste emulsion oil/diesel a minimum frequency of every six-months. Pump out approximately seven oil and sand separators annually in accordance with SWPP program, with one separator to be pumped out twice per year (March and August). Water Resources Division: Hazardous waste handling, transportation, and disposals from the plant. Pump out and disposal of UST (industrial waste oil) at the plant. Collection system oil/water separator inspection and cleaning. (bi-annual inspections and cleaning as necessary). Spill mitigation from sewer spills or illicit discharge. Emergency spill response and mitigation from street and storm drain. Disposal of laboratory hazardous waste (5-gallon containers of acids, bases, volatiles, flammables). Waste identification, categorization, and profiling.
