The City has prepared an outline of services which includes a description of the City’s Contract Objectives which is included as Exhibit A in this Request for Proposals, and generally includes the following list at various facilities and infrastructure subject to the jurisdiction of the City of Emeryville. HVAC including BMS systems, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Fire Safety Systems, Mechanical, Security Systems, and Other related services. The City of Emeryville would like to establish a Contract with a company that will provide approximately three years of Citywide Maintenance and Construction Services. The estimated subcontracting capacity for needed specialty services and small projects is $500,000.00 per year and is to be included as part of the contract. The Contract becomes effective July 1, 2024 (anticipated Contract awarding July 1, 2024) through June 30, 2027. This Contract may be extended two additional years (through June 30, 2029), at the City’s discretion.
