Description: The District intends to develop a list of qualified Consultants (“List”) who will execute a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with the District and be called upon to provide environmental services as they arise as Task Orders under the MSA. The selected firms will be maintained on the District’s List for a five-year period, at which time the Consultant will be asked to submit an updated SOQ. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete this project for approximately ten (10) years. Award of an Agreement or listing does not obligate the District to compensate Consultant and does not guarantee that Consultant will receive a Task Order.
