The City of South Lake Tahoe is soliciting proposals from consultants to advance the conceptual planning and determine a feasible engineering design for the Stateline Avenue Complete Streets Project. The work shall include all tasks associated with conceptual planning and engineering to develop a preferred alternative for the circulation study zone and complete streets layout for Stateline Avenue from Hwy 50 to Lakeshore Blvd. Services shall include, but are not limited to project management, public and stakeholder outreach, traffic analysis, parking and mobility/ADA concepts, utility identification/coordination, pre-acquisition activities, and 30% preliminary plans for Stateline Avenue. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
