The scope of work includes but is not limited to; reconstruction of select concrete infrastructure, including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and drive approaches, and reconstruction of street pavement sections, including milling, base repair, and paving with asphalt concrete. This bid package includes eight (8) separate project locations, that are being combined into one single bid package. These project locations are in residential neighborhoods, and collector and arterial streets. Since these project locations are in occupied neighborhoods, the project delivery will be done in a manner to minimize the impact to residents and traffic. The project delivery will be conducted in numerical order, and contractor will be required to complete 100% of the work, as determined by City Engineer, including all streets paved and reopened to traffic, and all concrete infrastructure constructed and open to traffic, prior to being authorized to proceed to the next project location. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
