Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide labor, equipment, goods and supplies necessary for the service, repair and maintenance, replacement, installation and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in all buildings as needed. Scope of Services: On call plumbing services include but are not limited to the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in all CAPK buildings. Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, fittings, domestic hot water heaters, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary systems and any other associated plumbing. On call plumbing services include response to service requests as well as emergency response for related plumbing needs.
