The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of pavement rehabilitation on five Alleys North of Foster Rd, between Woodruff Road and Lakewood Boulevard, as shown on the Plan. This project consists of the removal of the existing asphalt pavement and base or subgrade materials, and construction of asphalt concrete (AC) base course and AC overlay. Work also includes the reconstruction of Portland cement concrete (PCC) alley intersections, installation of PCC curb ramp, installation of PCC v-gutters, repair of damaged PCC curb, gutter, and other concrete improvements, adjustments of manhole and utility valve covers to the new grade, traffic control and all appurtenant work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
