This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to hydro-blast clean Primary Clarifier No. 1 (PC #1) interior concrete and steel surfaces; resurface the sludge hopper concrete floor and walls; replace expansion joints and install Hypalon sealing strip; remove and replace four (4) 6-inch glass lined ductile cast iron pipe elbows embedded in the existing concrete, blast and recoat the primary clarifier steel members; rehabilitate defected concrete; install new owner-furnished baffle system; and perform all associated work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications for Primary Clarifier No. 1. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
