The Central Marin Sanitation Agency (CMSA or Agency) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of liquid emulsion dewatering polymeric flocculant (liquid emulsion polymer). The scope of this contract is to furnish and deliver liquid emulsion polymer on an as-required basis to the CMSA facility. Liquid emulsion polymer will be used to dewater digested sludge from an anaerobic digestion process. Must register for bid process by 5/10/24 with bench scale testing. See document for schedule of dates for testing.
