The City of Lincoln is soliciting written proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Stormwater Support Services and continued oversight and compliance of the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit No. CAS000004 Water Quality Order # 2013-0001-DWQ and Waste Discharge Requirements for Storm Water Discharges for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) (Phase II Permit). The consultant selected will assist the City with the completion of specific tasks and deliverables identified in this RFP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
