The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”) – Roseville Electric Utility (hereinafter “REU”), is soliciting proposals for a design and build contractor that will utilize a Barco, Inc., or equivalent manufacturer that specializes in digital projection and imaging technology for a new Emergency Operations Center (hereinafter “EOC”) and Secondary Conference Room Video Wall System. This will be a competitive negotiation process.
