Earthwork/ cut to fill, sub-grade preparation, dewatering (if needed), import or export as necessary to balance Oak Tree Lane and McBean Park Drive right of way (excess material may be placed within the School/ MDR site at the NE corner of Oak Tree Lane and McBean Park Drive or as directed by the developer), demolition and reconstruction of roadway and curb and gutter, provide all labor, equipment, materials & testing necessary to construct curbs, gutters, sidewalks, median curbs, storm drain pipes, manholes, culverts, D.I’s, headwalls, sewer manholes, pipes, water main pipes, valves, fire hydrants, signal and conduit, service pedestal, irrigation sleeve, roadside ditches, asphalt pavement, striping, streetlights, site erosion control, and per the SWPPP plans prepared by Holly McClure. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Oak Tree Lane South Contractor for a seamless transition. One (1) set of Civil Improvement Plans including Traffic Signal Plans will be available from Frayji Design Group, Inc. at no charge. Improvement Plans shall be issued to general contractors only. All additional material including bid documents, quantities, improvement plans, soils report, SWPPP, and addenda letters, deviation letters, exhibits, and specifications will be available via an external link for downloading. No partial sets shall be issued. All contractors requesting bid packages shall provide Frayji Design Group, Inc. with their name, address, phone, fax, and contact(s) for future bid addendum (if necessary). Please call Frayji Design Group’s office in advance before picking up plans. The bid is considered a Lump Sum and no additional payments for any omitted items. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
