The Contractor shall a. Pull up and dispose of existing linoleum, floor tiles, and rubber base. b. Furnish and install new linoleum in Entrance front bathrooms and Auditorium. Flooring to be Tarkett VCTII, color TBD. c. furnish and install new linoleum in the kitchen and back bathrooms. Flooring to be commercial sheet vinyl Standard plus. Color to TBD. d. furnish and install 4" rubber base on all walls. e. Provide and pay for all labor, materials, taxes, and insurance. f. All work will comply with the California Building and Electrical Codes and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
