CVWD’s Engineering Department is requesting formal proposals from Respondents to prepare final plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the Valley View Trunk Sewer Design. The Project work scope includes utility research, survey, potholing, right-of-way research and acquisition of necessary pipeline easements, fee title and temporary construction easements (TCE) if applicable (including preparation of legal descriptions and plats), geotechnical services, identification of alternatives and preferred pipeline alignments, final design documents, specifications, cost estimates, and permits.
