Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to renovate the two 1st floor restrooms and adjacent storage area at the Riverside Airport in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The selected bidder shall also obtain the required permits from other City Departments and/or other agencies as may be required by law as part of the project scope. The possibility exists that other construction work may be taking place on the building at the same time as this scope. Full coordination with other contractors conducting work is a requirement. Recently there has been odor emanating from the restrooms. In addition to the scope detailed in the drawings and specifications one of the main objectives of the project is to determine the cause of the odor and eliminate it. The bidder will camera all underground drain lines through to the main sewer connection and carefully inspect all drains and drain vent lines within the structure walls and ceilings. All drain lines and drain vent lines within the structure walls and ceilings shall be exposed to accommodate inspection. Any defective lines will be repaired or replaced as needed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
