Notice is hereby given that the Alvord Unified School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified construction contractors for construction of the following public project: Wells Woodshop Walkway Addition. The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to fully and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) within the Contract Time and not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following: Installation of a new walkway in the Wells Middle School Woodshop between classroom spaces. DVBE goal is 3%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
